Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create an attorney–client relationship. Such a relationship arises only when we expressly agree to act for you in writing. Please do not send confidential information until an engagement is confirmed.
4. Fees & Payment
All fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Depending on the matter, fees may be charged on a fixed, hourly or staged basis. Invoices are payable in Nigerian Naira (₦) within the period stated in your engagement letter.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the firm shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on website content. Our liability in respect of any engagement is limited as set out in the relevant engagement letter.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
